Match Withdrawals - In the event of a player/team retirement or disqualification, all markets whose outcome has not yet been determined will be canceled.
Match Walkovers - In the case of a Walkover all markets will be considered canceled.
Matches Not Played As Listed - In the event of any of the following circumstances, all tickets will remain valid:
- Change to the schedule and/or match day.
- Change of venue.
- Moving from indoor to outdoor or vice versa.
- Change of coverage (before or during a match).
Match Result - Predict the result of the match. Void if the match is not completed.
Game Handicap - Predict which player will win the most games after the handicap spread has been applied. Void if the match is not completed.
Correct Set Score - Predict the exact score of the match in sets. Void if the match is not finished.
Set Handicap - Predict which player will succeed after the set handicap spread has been used. Void if the match is not finished.
Set Winner - Predict which player will win the set. Void if the set is not completed.
Set Correct Score - Predict the exact score of the set in games. Void if the set is not completed.
Double Result - Predict the first set winner and the final result. Void if the match is not completed.
Player Total - Predict the total number of games that the player wins in the match. Void if the total has already been surpassed.
Total – Number of Sets - Predict the total number of sets that will be played in the match. Void if the match has reached a final set.
Total – Number of Games - Predict the total number of games that will be played. Void if the total has already been outdone.
Set – Game Handicap - Predict which player will win the most games in the set after the handicap spread has been applied. Void if the set has been completed.
Set Total - Predict the total number of games that will be played in the set. Void if the total has already been surpassed.
In case of any delay (worsening weather conditions, darkness...) all markets remain unsettled and the betting will be continued as soon as the match continues.
If penalty point(s) are awarded by the umpire, all bets on that game will stand.
The bets made on the game with a handicap or “over/under” are calculated after the number of games. For instance, a game is finished with the result 2:1 (6:2, 3:6, 6:4), thus the handicap is applied to the result 15:12, but the stake “over/under” – to the result 27.
If markets remain open with an incorrect score which has a significant impact on the prices, we reserve the right to void bets.
If the players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.
If a match is decided by a Match tie-break, then it will be considered to be the 3rd set.
Every tie-break or Match tie-break counts as 1 game.
