To identify whether you may be developing a gambling addiction, please ask yourself the following questions?

  1. Have you ever spent more time or money on gambling than anticipated?
  2. Has gambling ever made you feel anxious, regretful, irritable, or in despair?
  3. Is gaming interfering with your work, family, relationships, or other responsibilities?
  4. Have you ever increased your gambling amounts to achieve better outcomes or feelings of excitement?
  5. Have you noticed that your thoughts throughout the day are focused on gambling and chasing losses?
  6. Have you ever felt depressed or contemplated self-harm because of your gambling?
  7. Do you ever feel it is difficult to take breaks from gambling for a while?
  8. Have you ever lied, stolen, borrowed, or sold anything to support your gambling?

If your answer is “Yes” to one or more of the above questions, we strongly recommend that you take a break from gambling, notify any other gambling site you might be on, and seek professional help from one of the support links below.
