A Regular Player who suddenly logs in from another location is not mandatory suspicious – working abroad, traveling, or studying abroad temporarily is normal. But AML Team must make sure we “know our customer” therefore sometimes request to explain location could be made.
Examples of suspicious cases:
Player from Ireland registered with IP in Latvia and logging in from Africa (as practice shows such suspicious activity is related to the usage of the account by third-party);
A player from Canada made a registration under the IP of North Korea and login from North Korea.
