My Account Balance is in different currency than the one I have used for the deposit?

If you make a deposit in a currency that is not supported by TonyBet, it will automatically be converted into one that is (i.e., EUR, USD, CAD, or NZD). Such transactions are processed by the payment provider, who may charge a small fee for currency conversion. TonyBet does not charge for currency conversion and bears no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of exchange rate fluctuations.

Keep in mind it is better to deposit using the currency your bank account or payment system is in to avoid unnecessary fees from the payment providers side. 

In order to change your account currency, please, go to Profile -> Personal details

 

On the new screen find the field stating Main Currency as on the example below and change it to the applicable currencies supported by Tonybet.
