Mistake in name/surname/date of birth – mistype/human error is not treated as a red flag.
Obvious misleading data in name/surname is suspicious and the AML Team will ask for additional documents (e.g., ID, selfie).
Players may try to avoid our internal checks and therefore provide incorrect information, such as match with sanction or PEP lists, adverse media in financial crime, self-exclusion, etc.
