Why my withdrawal request got canceled or pending for too long?

There are various reasons why a withdrawal request can be rejected or pending. In the vast majority of cases, withdrawals are rejected by payment providers.

  1. To minimize the chance of your request being rejected, please make sure to use the same payment method to both withdraw and deposit your funds. Also, ensure that you have provided all information required to make a withdrawal via your chosen method, and that the information is accurate and correct. If the above is unsuccessful, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, and then logging back into your account.
  2. Check your e-mail, in most cases when withdrawal gets rejected from our side Customer Support will contact you via e-mail.
